• What can I do here?

Short answer is have a top-down look of the whole race of the 24h of Le Mans 2019. Long answer is have a top-down look of the whole race of the 24h of Le Mans 2019 and change the time scale (speed) of the race, choose which vehicles to show on the map or show one category only, move time to a specific point and have a look at the static each racer had during each point of time of the 24 hour race.

• I really liked that other race of that other organization, could we have a, this type of replay, for it?

Given the organization provides a readable file to the public with enough statistics about the race.. well.. Yes! It would take time but it is something very much feasible. FIA WEC is kind enough to provide us csv files with all the lap times of all race cars. So with some coding magic an interactive replay map can be made.
